Commercial Cleaning

We strive to go the extra mile so that your office environment will be safe from harmful chemicals and toxins as well as being thoroughly clean. We cover many areas that are typically neglected or over-looked.

1. Control floor appearance by vacuuming and or sweeping.

2. Microfiber mopping of hard surface floors.

3. Dust and clean horizontal surfaces (cleared and tidied surfaces only desks, tables, filing cabinets,            furniture, all other unobstructed work areas).

4. Sanitize telephones.

5. Empty receptacles.

6. Remove smudges around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, glass partitions, counters and                           unobstructed work areas.

7. Sanitize keyboard and mouse.

8. Restrooms: Thoroughly clean and mop. Clean mirrors, partitions, urinals, toilets and sinks. Refilling of soap and paper products will be performed with supplies provided by your Company.

9. Clean entrance doorframes, handles, glass and threshold.

10. Leave offices and furniture in a neat and orderly fashion.

11. Report any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages.
